Which tablet for me from these two?

Narrowed it down to either the lenovo tab 4 plus or Asus zenpad z500m.

Only differences between the two are that the tab 4 os is android 7.0 and the zenpad is 6.0.

Zenpad has more ram/storage (4gb&32gb compared to 3gb&16gb.

Zenpad has a hexacore processor whereas tab 4 has octa-core.

On paper the zenpad looks the most powerful but would it be better to get the most up to date os?

Actually - it's now between the Asus zenpad and the Samsung s2 9.7 as I've seen that's come down in price for the weekend.
