Is there a way of finding out what company will give the best internet?

Have been with utility warehouse for years but internet is crap. Can't have more than 2 devices on internet and internet is always glitching etc. Iv rang countless times, the change 'channel' etc and always just ends up the same but it's causing so many problems in the house now! How can I make sure I'm not just switching one awful company for another?

There's always an element of chance, but you improve your chances by comparing ISPs at www.thinkbroadband.com/isps/compare
