MS Office 365 - updated on laptop but now it's saying I haven't and apps will stop working!

Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Subscription for Office 365 for work laptop ran out on 26th April; on 25th I renewed and installed on the laptop - all seemed to run ok.

I followed the links from my work (gmail) email address, but I had to put in a Hotmail address when renewing the subscription so used my personal Hotmail, then opened this on the laptop and clicked on all the links to renew and install.

Used the laptop on the 26th no problem, opened yesterday and all the apps say that they will stop working unless I renew Office 365.

Any ideas what I can do about this please? Thanks.

Who is your 365 subscription through?
Have you tried logging onto the admin console and checking your license details?

Thanks. I managed to download it again via my Microsoft account and then had to activate it (wasn't asked to do that the first time) and then link my laptop to my Hotmail account... I now just have to work out how to unlink the laptop from the account!
