Fairly easy free project management/Gantt chart app - can anyone recommend

Um... this is definitely not the post I commented on...

I'd quite like a voucher for my holiday - but I think I need a planning app first

Oh that excel one looks good - found trello on my phone & I thought I'd try that - But I like a look of the excel one if trello doesn't work

Trello doesn't have a time element

SourceForge is reputable for open-source stuff.

I a,ways did them on Excel, but I believe there is another Microsoft project you can do them in that I tried once that was a hassle. Gantt charts suck

I love gantt charts but I'm starting to wonder if they are right for this application

I am on holiday for 4 months - there are some fixed points (a holiday, a show, the start & end) and there are some flexible points (want to go to York, need to be in Glasgow after the end of July)

I wanted to create an itinerary with travelling distances and dates so start to York is say 7 hrs but if you stop in Northampton & Huddersfield it's only (say) 2hr from there

Any ideas what I need?
