..now I have ended the trial and it is the non professional one and when I turn on outlook it often doesn't start so spam in inbox instead of in spam box

it then seems to start up after

is this a ploy to get me to buy the full version?

Yes it is.

Mailwasher is nice and has a free trial I believe

I found a cure is not to check emails until after opening nrowser and waiting

but it does send out a sill message at the bottom of each email announncing that you are using the free version and how much spam has been stopped which is a bit annoying

Put the browser and programme on your start up menu, then it will automatically do it before you start your mail client.
