watching tv/sky & radio in other rooms

I live in the middle of nowhere so have sky and broadband. DAB radio doesnt work and FM is barely audible and comes and goes. I find internet radio/apps a bloomin faff with the multiple clicking & buffering and dropping out too.

So, Is is possible to get another smart TV upstairs and watch TV, listen to radio, etc on it, and if so, how do i do it?

Ive searched for local AV specialists but they have a call out fee /assessment of £50 then £45 an hour on top. I used one of these at work and it took him 18 hours to install a vid comms system.

Sky multiroom, or Sky Q and wireless.

Mm I had hoped to avoid more sky stuff but looks like its the only option. Anybody want some DAB radios? Barely used!
