Problem with desktop icons/taskbar??

Basically ds was playing on the PC earlier today and now the taskbar and the start icon are in the wrong place and I can't move them back to the original location, ie, at the bottom of the screen.

Does anyone know how to fix it, please?

You should be able to just click & drag it back to the bottom (assuming that's where you want it)

Once you've done it, you need to lock it so he can't do it again.

I spent ages yesterday trying to drag it - but I've just looked at the link and see I was doing it in wrong place.
