Help please. I have had my hotmail address at least 15 years. Recently, maybe over the last 6 weeks, the number of unread emails is steadily increasing. But I don't know why. I cannot find them anywhere, they are not in my inbox, or drafts or junk or trash.
I have hotmail set up on my iPad and my iPhone, both have different numbers of unread emails. Really I have no idea what's going on or how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas please? Thanks.
