Outlook doing odd things.....HELP!

I'm using office 2007.

I have outlook set up so it sends emails from one address to a different folder. It was sending one to inbox and a duplicate to the other folder... now I have fiddled and its just sending two to the folder

What have I done and how do I fix it??

pmsl - ignore that! Turns out the emails were sent to both accounts that go to that folder
