How do I show you all the plan of the Nursery-to-be (whether or not you are interested)

can't you just copy and paste?
try it

northerner · 04/02/2007 19:40

You have to give it web presence. Put it on a blog or myspace then link to that.

Into what? (sorry if I'm being thick)

Northerner - I have a blogspot - I can't get it on to that either (or at least I don't think I can)

Do you have a photo editing package?

Katymac · 04/02/2007 19:47

Is that like Olympus Master? or something different

That's what I print my pictures with

Ok, no web system is going to want you sharing Excel files. They can have viruses on them, for one thing.

Can you copy and paste the plan (the image, whatever) into paint or similar? Then you can put it on blogspot, or here on MN.

RustyBear · 04/02/2007 19:52

This is kind of complicated, but if you select the area of the plan & copy it, you can then import it into Word as a Windows metafile, or a bitmap, which you should then be able to copy into a photo editing program, where you can save it as a jpg, which is what you need it to be to put on your profile.
I'm not sure whether at the end of this it would be big enough to be clear.

Yes, NQC you're right. Paint would work much better - it can do it directly without having to use word !
Select the area of the plan, click edit - copy & open Paint (Start-All Programs-Accessories) Then click edit Paste, and the picture will appear. Click on File-Save as & in the Save as type box at the bottom, click the arrow for the drop down menu choose jpeg & give it a name, click Save.
