So, all my mum's BBC channels ahve disappeared - any idea why?

She has BT TV, her aerial is about 6 yrs old

She went from about 170 odd channels (she watches about 3 - mainly BBC1, BBC2 & ITV) to 36 then after retuning 81

Help?

On the BT TV box the Total Entertainment package is 170 channels @ £16/month
The starter package (free) is 80 channels.

Has she had the box for a year and did she have some sort of sign up deal that has now lapsed?

Maybe?

That doesn't explain BBC1/2 disappearing tho'
