Blocking phone numbers

What happens if you send a text and the person has blocked you? Does it bounce back or does it look to the sender as if it has sent as normal?

It will look like it has been sent as normal.

If you are the person doing the blocking you may be able to get an app for your phone that will block messages and send an automated response. Unless such an app is used the sender of the message will not know that their message has been blocked.
