Can anyone advise the best way to research a new printer?

I need a wireless multifunction printer and I can find plenty of reviews but none of them seem to cover ink usage. I don't want to choose a printer that uses cheap cartridges only to find I need to replace the cartridge twice a week.

Any recommendations welcome, either for research or for an actual printer model Smile

Which best buys are
HP Envy 5646 @ £100
Canon Maxify MB2050 @ £68
Epsom Expression XP-620 @ £130

The Canon and HP are equal in print costs, the Epsom poorer. The HP has a black and a combination cartridge, the others 4 individual cartridges.
