Best place to get good quality photos printed where they then don't 'own' your image?

I need to get some photos printed off, last time I used Tesco and it was cheap but not great quality. I've also seen other really cheap offers but the company that you send your pictures off to end up owning your image (perhaps I am being a bit paranoid...).

Who can I use for really good quality photos please?

I use Snapfish and gave been really pleased with the service, juest member to upload the highest quality (largest file) you have. If you have uploaded the photos to Picassa or another website they may have been reduced to 'web quality' 72dpi rather than the original resolution
