Lost a note on my iPad - help please

i think I've accidentally deleted a note that had a list of important stuff I needed to remember. Does anyone know if it can be undeleted or is it gone for ever?

Can you restore from last back up? Depending on when you last backed up, of course

Thanks for the idea Salem, I eventually found it by looking in my junk email box and every time I had added to my note it had sent me an email. Didn't realise it did that...

Thanks to both - I didn't know either, and had a flap recently about deleted email. Now I've a free app called Lazarus Form Recovery, which looked useful, but not tried it yet.
