Bought Twigle Birds app for my Windows phone, app installed OK but then needed to download files and that won't happen, have tried several times and each time it says files are 0 MB, download so far 0 MB, progress 0% - no matter how long I wait. It was only 79p but I'm pissed off and want to return it which according to Microsoft I can do within 28 days of purchase - but all the links I've tried are getting me nowhere. I downloaded a "cancelation [sic] and refund form" which is a pdf and can't be completed; link to "connect to a Microsoft answer tech" doesn't work .... anyone have a clue what I can do? TIA.
