I need it for work, it doesn't need windows on it but i really want it to have the number keys along the right hand side rather than only along the top.
My budget is max £400

Choose one with a SSD hard drive, even if it has two hard drives, one HDD and one SSD and windows is on SSD.

Go for 16GB ram or 8 GB

thanks, how can i easily search for one with a number keypad on the right?

From experience, I would avoid the Acer Aspire 571. I bought one last summer. Needed 2 replacement screens and 2 new hard drives, within 9 months. At which point Acer and Currys refused to fix it, despite being within warranty.

Thanks Hedwig

I've only had it a few weeks so early days yet but we are loving our Lenovo G70-70. And it does have the numbers on the right as well as along the top :)

It was £300 in Argos btw as on sale, down from £360 or thereabouts I think

Is the Yoga one any good?

ihatethecold · 01/08/2015 09:24

Thanks fuzzpig
I will have a look for it.
