Best way to get rid of malware - stamplive.com & tookoolforskool

Ive got the avast and free malwarebytes but still these 2 keep popping up. They are not in programs or addons.

It's my son's computer and he has probably downloaded something whilst minecrafting.

I would let him live with it or sort it himself but I want him to revise and also I use his computer as it's got powerpoint on it and ours doesn't.

Anything else I can try?/ I don't mind paying for something as long as it works!

Have you tried returning to a restore point before this all started?

You might need the paid for malwarebytes to kill these.

If you want Powerpoint you could download Libreoffice from www.libreoffice.org/

Use the Impress program and save the file as .ppt

Check the extensions in the settings of the Internet browser. You might find them there & be able to remove them that way.
