Can I share a home movie with family overseas?

I've made a home movie of collection of mobile phone movie clips of my DS and I want to share it privately with family overseas. They don't have a Google+ account to my knowledge which I know would allow me to do this. Any recommendations how to do this other than setting up a Google account for them? TIA

No, you get a certain amount of storage for free with Dropbox, OneDrive and the like. However, if you've got Google Drive, you should just be able to share the file with their email address (or create a link which you can email to them).

I suspect you can do the same from Google+, will just check.

Yes under Share you can choose 'Get Shareable Link'

So you can share with another non-gmail email with Google drive? You people are marvellous

Or upload to YouTube but make it private.
