I am in hospital with dd2 & have downloaded a few films for her to watch on my iPad. They've all gone onto cloud storage & when she tries to watch it says 'cannot load film'. We're signed into the Wifi here. I just upgraded my storage plan (costing bloody £6.99/mth!!) to 500gb as I'm fed up with this issue. Films STILL won't load. What am I doing wrong? Thx.
