I'm in trouble with new Tom Tom and going on a trip

Please can you help? Got the new Tom Tom 50 Start, the new one with the new interface, like the Go 50. Trouble is I have bought a dashboard mount but the screen image won't turn around to allow me to see route the right way up. I have looked at settings but can't see any option relating to this. Going on a long journey Monday and really wanted to use the dashboard. Has any Tom Tom user got an answer. I would be so grateful for any help.

I don't think you change the screen, its the mounting you turn round. Look at the back and see how that can be swung round. I have an older one and thats how you change the way its mounted. Best of luck

Thank you widowerbutok. You are absolutely right. The fitting comes out with the help of a sliding button and is refitted on the other end. Fantastic. I was trolling the net until early hours, downloaded a manual tore some hair out, all to no avail. I was convinced all the new Tom Toms were auto rotating! Thank you again. Now it is fitted in this way I will not be changing it as I expect I will forget how I did it.

Glad it worked, more important, hope the trip went well. As with all these clever things, its the basics they never explain...lol
