Over an hour waiting on the the helpline already. Have got broadband wireless internet with them and can still get internet access via the cable at my desktop but the DCs desktops and my laptop and all other appliances have no internet access.
I think there's something wrong with the wireless router and it probably needs someone to come out and replace it.
Urgently need help but can't even get through to the helpline! As I work f/t too, even if I get through to anyone eventually, I've no idea how and when to arrange a technician to come ou as I work weekdays and Saturdays and evenings too.
Does anyone know if there's any other means of getting through to Virginmedia than their 'helpline' (unhelpful-line) on 0345 454 1111?
