DD wants to set up a new iTunes account - how?

She wants to load everything fresh as it's all corrupted and has half tracks & half albums

Can we 'keep' what she has somehow so she can add the stuff she doesn't have CD's for & reload it? If so how?

I'm pretty sure it will be the device that is the problem, not the account.

If she creates a new account and signs in on her device you won't be able to access the apps/music purchased on the first account on that particular apple machine

it's too complicated !!

She has the music on my laptop, she has set up a new iTunes account but downlaoded/sync'ed everything from my laptop & loads are corrupted - so we are downloading them all again but we seem to have the such without CDs
