GPS Mobile Phone Tracker Apps

I need to covertly track where someone is going and need some techy advice.

Are these apps any good? Do they give specific location?

Does anyone used these apps before? And have they given you an accurate location?

Can they be used covertly or do they make a noise?

Any recommendations.

You will need to install software on your target's phone in order to track their location. These apps do give an accurate location provided GPS is available and accurate (sometimes GPS will give a false position but not very often). Some apps are designed to be used covertly. However, use of such software in the UK is illegal. You certainly could not use any evidence you gathered in court and you could be charged with a criminal offence.
