social media - how do i post simultaneously on to FB, twitter, pinterest and google +?

Is this possible?
Setting up a new business and I need to be able to do this - surely there's a way??

I use hootsuite to post simultaneously across platforms.

Yes, I've used Hoot Suite before too, you can also schedule posts across platforms for later dates/times

Hootsuite has a free version and a pro version with more features. I've only ever used the free one.
