Merging user account with administrator account. How to?

I have an old pc with windows vista. (Mostly use ipad)

Somehow I managed to be both the administrator and pink! Unfortunately pink has all the stuff photos, documents etc on it but I want to download something which requires administrator rights.

For some reason when I try to open something internet wise on admin it says no internet connection even though there is and pink opens fine!

Basically I want to merge pink and admin so there is only me on the pc and not this split personality.

Any ideas?

As far as I'm aware it can't be done, well not easily, if you go to control panel, accounts/users, and change the account type of pink to admin you should then be able to carry on using the pink account and download what you want, if that makes any sense
