IPad Air or galaxy tab s?

Can't make up my mind, especially as the iPad Air has come down hugely in price on amazon.

I like the sound of the screen and the sd slot. It's also newer and I love my samsung s3 so I think it could be lovely. However the iPad Air is cheaper and the person I'm giving it to is used to borrowing my ipad.

Which would you choose?

The apps available on the two tablets are different. If the receipt regularly uses your iPad then they will want iPad apps

Just in case you haven't already bought it, go for the galaxy s. It's beautiful, and I speak as an I pad owner as well. It's just got so much more functionality. The screen is wonderful too, better than retina and I ran them side by side on the same screens to check.

I always preferred the android os but plumped for the ipad last time as the hardware was superior to anything android could offer. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with a lovely ipad. They just seem a bit dull and ios is so prescriptive, no wiggle room at all.

I signed up to the 3 months free fitness live it comes with and did my first work out. Really amazing app which I thoroughly recommend.

I'll have to look at that. I like the look of the sky movie package too (though need to remember to cancel it at the end of 3 months)

I know, it's got loads of freebies! My Dropbox account has been upgraded from 5 gb to 50 gb because I bought this, only for 2 years so I must make sure I store all my photos on a hard copy as well.
