Unable to activate, sign back in, on my Office account for Mac

I have just used word last saturday and created a document.
I don't know how the computer signed me out, but now I am unable to sign back in and create more documents or anything.
All I get is "Sorry, there was a problem while trying to connect to your account. (Error code:0x80000008)"
I need to sig in by using email and password, I don't have a product key as I bought the office online after a trial experience.
My computer is a MacBook Pro (Mac OSX Version 10.8.2)
Should I uninstall the office and instal again?
HELP please!

I feel your pain, my Mac has kicked me out of MN and won't let me sign back in. Very frustrating as I can only post from my phone hope you find a solution soon

But I would rather my Mac kicked me out of MN than Office...
