Hands free car thingy for Motorola moto G?

I need to get one of these as a present for someone but I've no idea to start... what do I need and where should I shop? I've tried looking online but it's confused me. I don't know if I just need a cradle or headphones or bluetooth or what

Depends on you budget, but you could do a lot worse than a Parrot bluetooth unit. I have this one and cannot fault it, it's brilliant!
