Samsung galaxy tab2 ran out of charge, but not re-charging properly...

Ok foolishly allowed the battery to get down to critical level. Turned itself off whilst rummaging for charger. Plugged it in but it's not charging, just black screen coming up with battery symbol and slight charge then goes off intermittently. The device won't start at all now for having no charge Any advice? Thanks

I have since found a forum where people have had problems with the cable, so I've bought a new one and it works fine now

We have the same problem with ours. Total pain!

Anic you can't remove the battery on this one.

Bertie, you can buy a samsung cable from Ebay cheap enough. That will solve the problem:)

Its the same cable you already have, I meant to say. According to the forum, a lot of people seem to be having the same problem
