Want to Tether Ipad to Iphone - can anyone recommend a good tarrif please?

I need to buy an iphone and want to tether my ipad mini to it.

Not all tarrifs permit tethering. If you tether would you please recommend your tarrif / provider.

I think all new PayMonthly tariffs on Three allow tethering.

Consider where you are likely to use it, as mobile reception varies.

Thanks Cindy. Just got home from signing up with Vodaphone but they did offer 3 as well.
