Really hope someone can help! My windows 8 laptop won't connect to the wifi at home but other devices connect fine. I have checked everything on laptop, bearing in mind I am technically challenged, and I keep getting the above message. I've run the troubleshooting, done a system restore 3 times now and disabled and re enabled the wifi. I'm stuck what to do next, can anyone help please?!!
