iPhone lost wifi and Bluetooth

My iPhone 4s has lost both wifi and Bluetooth - they are greyed out. I've followed the advice on the apple support web page but it hasn't fixed it. Anyone else had this problem? And how did you fix it?

When my phone did this I just turned it off then. On again, that sorted it out. It's a nexus 4 but worth a try in case you haven't already.

Mine did this and the wifi chip had gone.

Apple replaced my phone as luckily it was still under warranty.

Mine's the same :( Will check warranty - very annoying...

Well this is very weird but..... I followed the apple advice and it didn't work. Switched it off and on again, network reset etc none of it worked. I read a bizarre web page that said to heat up the phone with a hair dryer until you get the 'too hot' warning then let it cool and power off and on again. Thinking I had nothing to lose as it's not under warranty I left it on the radiator to heat up. And lo and behold it worked!!! Might be a coincidence.....
