Just signed up for netflix.
Ds2 has just happily watched tangled in his iPad.
Can we watch stuff on the TVs though?
And if so, how?
Thanks!

We watch Netflix through our wii.

TheZeeTeam · 08/02/2014 16:28

If you have a wifi tv, you can watch it straight on your tv. Alternatively, use your ps3, Xbox, etc or buy a Roku.

We watch ours through x box

Yama · 08/02/2014 16:31

We have both tv's hooked up to an Xbox so we can watch Netflix through that. Dh rigged it up so I don't know how it's done.

I can also watch on the computer or laptop just by logging into Netflix.

Dd and I watched an episode of TNG this afternoon. Was great.

PotteringAlong · 08/02/2014 16:32

We watch netflix on the tv through a smart DVD player.

curlew · 08/02/2014 16:33

We watch it on tablets and phones.

SoThisisMe · 08/02/2014 16:33

If you've got Virgin, it's available on channel 204.

AuditAngel · 08/02/2014 16:34

We have a Virgin TiVo box and watch Netflix directly on that. We also use the Xbox (before I worked out we could use TiVo).

Badvoc · 08/02/2014 16:50

Yes we have Virgin.
Also a wii and a ps3!

Yes thats whats we pay. Not sure if you need to sign in the first time you use it as Dp set it up, but if you go tp the home button and look in apps you should find it there I think?

I'm sure someone else will be more help Blush

SecretRed · 08/02/2014 16:57

Think you can get it through an an Apple TV box

bruffin · 08/02/2014 16:58

If you search online you can get the US version. You just need to change a setting on the wii or ps3

Badvoc · 08/02/2014 17:05

Thanks all.
I feel like I am the last person alive to not know about Netflix! :)

We use laptop and HDMI lead.

Cindy34 · 09/02/2014 15:46

Roku box is quite low cost.

Some BlueRay players include facility to stream Netflix.

Personally I use:
Apple TV
Win7 Laptop
iPad

You can watch on up to 3 devices with the same account.

So: Virgin Tivo, DD's tablet, both laptops, the main house PC, the smart TV, all three phones and the Wii. Any three of these, with the tablet as priority device in that it can chuck any of the others off.

I can't believe I just wrote that.

BillyBanter · 09/02/2014 22:56

how do you watch stuff on the Wii?

DisgraceToTheYChromosome · 09/02/2014 23:06

Download Netflix from the Wii Store: should be free. Then once it's running login with your account.

BillyBanter · 09/02/2014 23:21

That doesn't mean anything to me. Blush

I have a wii fit, which is plugged into the telly and I have used to do wii fit stuff. But haven't used it hardly at all for a couple of years.

Is there some option on there when I switch it on for wii store?

Badvoc · 10/02/2014 07:27

Wow, thanks!
