I downloaded the free Photoshop yesterday - quickly realised it wasn't going to work and deleted it. But loads of other stuff has been downloaded with it -online casinos, shopping sites etc -which are appearing every time I log on (I've had two pop up while trying to write this post.) Laptop is running very slowly and lagging - can't even type properly. I'm starting work tomorrow and need my laptop! Can anyone help - please?

If you got that from Adobe, I doubt if it was an official download.

You need to make sure your antivirus is up to date and also run a malware remover. Try malwarebytes.

Worst case you might need to reinstall your OS.

If you do, back up your personal files first. There's plenty of resources on the Web for doing the reset.

I second Malwarebytes. And stop downloading pirated copies of Photoshop!

There's no such thing as 'the free photoshop'
