We use Avantalk ones bought from the Orange shop, they are only about £20 and excellent quality and easy to use

I have a Parrot Minikit Plus. Changed my life! Fortunately my phone battery is good enough that I can leave the Bluetooth switched on all the time without issue. The Parrot has a vibration sensor which pulls it out of its 'deep sleep' when I open up the car and it connects automatically to my phone so I don't even have to think about it. It also reads the phone's contact list which allows voice dialling with no set up required and it works unbelievably well.

Could not recommend it more for quality, ease of use and clarity of calls.
