iPhone getting hot!

I have an iPhone 4. I've had it for just over 2 years with no issues. Tonight DD's have been playing games on my phone and left it on the sofa with the app still running. When I went to pick it up it was noticeably warm. Not too hot to pick up, but moving in that direction!

I presume this is not right, but what can I do about it?

Almost certainly nothing wrong, some graphics intensive games run the processes hard enough to make all types of computing devices run warm.

Chuzzles makes my iPod warm.

Oh thanks, I didn't want it bursting into flames when I'm not looking!

It's normal. Mine gets quite toasty especially when I have got a few things running at once.
