I have no idea what I'm doing. My old phone died, Tesco SIM, bought lovely new phone. Plugged in old SIM- recognises me & network correctly, but zero carry over of contacts numbers & messages I was unable to pick up on dead phone. I was hoping I would be able to use the same phone number and credit existing.
Do I need network to read SIM and set up for me??
Have a screwed up taking the SIM out of old phone?
Help would be really appreciated!
