Can't sign in to website account...but it definitely exists!

I don't know if anyone can help with this.

I have a magazine subscription, and in have signed up to the 'red online' website that goes alongside it.

I get emails with offers etc...just tried to log in, it says my email is not known.?! Tried to reset the password ...again, email not known.

There don't seem to be any contacts for IT issues, but it's driving me batty that I KNOW I have an account but it won't let me in!

Is there something I am missing?

whats the site, perhaps someone else to have a look at it.

if you don't want to say, there must be a contact link somewhere, go to the home page and search for the string 'contact'

or get google to find it for you, put
contact site:[magazine url here]

I tried looking for contact details - just gives phone numbers for the editorial team!

It's only for Red magazine - I just wanted to enter a competition. I'm a bit over it now tbh ;-) maybe that's how they keep the comp entrants down...!

Have you run a search of your emails? Somewhere in your emails must be one confirming your subscription etc. and linking to confirm your password.
