iOs7 typing nightmare

I upgraded this morning to the number 7 thingy and there seems to be a ten second delay when typing.
WHY?!
Can I stop it or can I un upgrade?

Same thing happened to me after I updated. This is how I sorted it out (I've posted this on several threads now )

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

Should be back to normal once you've done this. And don't worry, none of your contacts, photos, etc will be affected by doing this!
