If your in the uk it should be passing over in about half an hour.

It'll be in the south, fairly low in the sky and going west to east.

It's a clear sky here so I'll be getting my coat on.

Bum, I've probably missed it, it's raining, and the tor blocks most of the exciting things in the southern sky from here.

Actually, there's something there, but it's bright and appears stationary. And twinkling. Any ideas?

It's usually at stupid o'clock in the morning and when it's a sensible time, it's usually cloudy, but I've seen it a couple of times.
