Freeview channels

Why do we get extra channels on the Freeview tv downstairs (809 for example) but not via the box upstairs , both on same external aerial . Tried retuning the box to no avail

Different quality tuner electronics maybe. Could be cabling, one cable has more signal loss.

What's 809, is it a channel you would watch?

809 is True Entertainment , which we have hitherto only had on Sky , there are probably a few others too. Funnily after the retune ds went through and found it as Ch61 on the other one . Not sure why they aren't in synch maybe the tv needs a retune ?
