Anyone having trouble with iTunes?

I am trying to import 2 CDs. I have been at this for 2 hours. I'm ready to scream.

I put the CD in and auto import begins. All the tracks are ticked green. I eject the CD and find only a few tracks are downloaded.

I delete (and empty bin) and try again. It says the CD already exists. So, I choose Replace existing tracks. Now the CD doesn't show in the iTunes library at all.

But, I can drag all the songs into a playlist from the import page and sync them to a device and play them from a device.

WTAF?!
