I have an ipad and an iTunes account with what I had thought was quite a secure password, mixture of numbers and letters and upper and lower case etc, and the email address it is linked to is relatively new (16 months)
I keep receiving emails from apple support telling me how to reset my password!! At ridiculous times of night, day, whenever. The email also says:
If you weren't trying to reset your password, don't worry ? your account is still secure and no one has been given access to it. Most likely, someone just mistyped their email address while trying to reset their own password.
The first time maybe, but not I'm not so sure. Is this happening to anyone else and is a techy problem at apple? Or am I being cyber attacked!!! Should I do anything about it?!!
