blog perhaps, but it depends on the type of info, really, and whether you want to add new topics over days / weeks / months or whether you want to present the bulk of the information in one go, and then perhaps add to it (without knowing what the content will be I am stabbing in the dark!).
If the information can be split the way that a set of books in a library are (by content) in a trunk / branch / twigs type way then a website with pages you build could be one approach, or something like Tiki Wiki, maybe.
Some hosting services include a software installer (such as Installatron or Fantastico) which means the hard work is done behind the scenes, in the main, and you just enter some details on a 2-4 page web form (website title, domain info, name/ mail address/ password and other administrative info).
If you've seen a site with pages linked together in a way you think you could parallel, then that could be a starting point (to identify any content management system in use).
