text messages and ipod touch

Ds3 has an ipod touch ,as he is only young it is linked to my itunes account.Have just discovered that that it is picking up my text messages .This is very odd .Have turned off the link to my phone will that stop this .Also why are they going to his touch but not my phone ?

It will be getting your imessages, not normal SMS text messages. You can go into settings and change this. I can't remember off the top of my head which particular setting it's under, possibly iMessage. I don't have an idevice to hand unfortunately.
