I have a 3 user license & my hard drive was wiped from one.

Can I retrieve the product key from the version I have on another computer to enable a download of another copy?

If you downloaded it to begin with, is there no chance you still have the email that you'd have been sent by Microsoft at the time of purchase, or did you purchase a retail pack that comes with a card that's printed with the product key? Only reason I'm asking is because over here, at least (Canada), the only place you can download a 3-seat licence version of Office is from the Microsoft site. (i.e. if you buy the product key retail package from a computer store, it's single use only.)

Another one to try

recover-keys.com/

I've used it and it works (not free though)

You can download Office 2007 H&S here. Or is it another version that you have the product key for?

KatyMac · 15/01/2013 08:46

Nope - just found out the product key I found was for another version I owned

So I am waiting for Dell to open to find out if it was pre-installed

Once you have downloaded it and burned it to a DVD for safe keeping, write the product key on the DVD.

Then create yourself an account on Dropbox and make a folder called Important Stuff. In this folder create a file called License Keys and make a note of this and any other license keys in it.

Create similar files with other important stuff in.

I know I'm a pratt

I wrote it all down & saved it on the hard drive
