should I update to IOS 6.1?

I didn't update when IOS 6 first came out, now my phone and ipad keep telling me there's a new update of the update ... is it worth it or should I just keep on with IOS 5 (iphone 4 and ipad 2)

I updated yesterday. IPhone 4 went into recovery mode by itself! A complete pita. Made an appt at a genius bar but in the end dp sorted it out for me. A few people hv hd bad experiences, others hv bn fine. Make sure before you do though that everything is backed up on iTunes, especially photos. I had all pretty much backed on icloud. So pleased I had as it shifted into Recovery mode and I had to do a factory setting default restore in the end. Oh, and I ve not noticed any difference re IOS 6 tbh

Make sure notes is backed up! They are linked to an email account. I had to redo everything which was very annoying & couldn't find my notes. Still trying to sort things out now! It'll be worth it in the end I hope.
