We've put firefox on but it is still saying 'plug in needed'. Any vids on facebook or indeed any other website won't play, and links to youtube don't work, although can watch from the youtube website.
It is driving me maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. When I google it I'm given loads of really complex techy instructions which will without any doubt lead to me breaking the whole thing. Can anyone help me fix it? I feel about 100 years old.
