*disclaimer - I know nothing about anything.
When I try and access the iTunes store on my laptop I get a message telling me I can't, and to check my settings and try again.
That's it. No clues as to which settings or where I might find them!
I have tried turning the firewall off to see if that made a difference (it didn't) but beyond that I am stumped (see disclaimer).
Any help gratefully received :)
